Day 1:Â Â Â Â Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast drive for about two hours to Arusha a distance of about 80 kms / 50 miles, then drive to Lake Manyara for another two hours about 107 kms / 66 miles, lunch enroute. Before going for game drive into Lake Manyara National Park, you will check in your hotel, then proceed for evening game drive in the park. In the park you spectacular view of the rift valley wall, marshland, waterfowls and animals such as elephants, Hippo, buffalo, wildebeest and zebra. The park offers a high diversity of bird species over 390 birds species both migrants and residents include a thousand of pink-hued flamingos on their perpetual migration as well as other large water birds such as pelicans, cormorants and storks. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 2:Â Â Â Â Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast you drive to Ngorongoro Crater. The Crater, is the world’s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera. The crater, which formed when a large volcano exploded and collapsed on itself two to three million years ago, is 610 metres (2,000 feet) deep and its floor covers 260 square kilometres (100 square miles). Estimates of the height of the original volcano range from 4,500 to 5,800 metres (14,800 to 19,000 feet) high. The Crater was voted by Seven Natural Wonders as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa Seven Natural Wonders.
Approximately 25,000 large animals, mostly ungulates, live in the crater. Large animals in the crater include the black rhinoceros, the African buffalo or Cape buffalo, and the hippopotamus. There also are many other ungulates: the blue wildebeest, Grant’s zebra (4,000), the common eland, and Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles (3,000) Waterbucks. The crater has one of the densest known population of lions.
Day 3:Â Â Â Â Drive to Airport
After breakfast you will drive to Arusha and then to the airport. If you have enough time you may do shopping of souvenirs and visit Snake Park at Meserani near Arusha or visit a cultural enter
